Game assets: Unlucky Luckie

Unlucky Luckie is a challenging platformer game developed in just 10 days for GBJAM 13.

The goal of the jam was to create a game from scratch, inspired by Game Boy classics, using only a 4-color palette and without relying on third-party assets. This meant that all graphics had to be created from scratch, and I was responsible for:

  • Design and animation of characters and objects

  • Creation of a complete tileset for level construction

  • Production of optimized spritesheets respecting the graphical limitations of the console

Main Character:

For the main character, I designed and animated the following actions:

- Run Animation
